Back in January, I went on a photo walk there with the Fifty Two Frames photo group.  While we were there, we saw all sorts of things, including a wedding in-progress and a wedding photo shoot.  You can see the entire album here.

While all these shots are great, there is another side of Grand Central that is not as well photographed — and it’s kind of funny because it’s the very reason why Grand Central exists in the first place — the train tracks.

We went into some of the train tunnels (yes, only in public areas — I wouldn’t go on the tracks themselves or into private areas in a place like Grand Central) and took shots there as well.  One of my favorites from the day is this shot here.

I love how you can just look down the tunnel, how the tracks and other components (the yellow warning line, the posts between the tracks and the beams) just lead your eye right down the center of the track.
